All fees paid to Institute of digital trainings (IDT) are non-refundable.
Once a fee has been paid, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
This policy applies to all fees, including but not limited to, registration fees, application fees, tuition fees, and any other fees charged by IDT.
By making a payment to IDT, the client or customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
In the event that IDT is unable to provide the services for which the fee was paid, the client or customer may be eligible for a credit towards future services, but no cash refund will be issued.
If IDT determines, in its sole discretion, that a refund is warranted due to exceptional circumstances, it may issue a refund at its discretion. Such refund shall be subject to a processing fee, and the amount refunded shall be determined by IDT.
